Welcome to Bindly. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using any part of the Bindly platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bindly is a print-on-demand self-publishing platform that allows authors to upload manuscripts, generate AI-powered cover designs and summaries, create print-ready PDFs, and sell their books across Europe.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your manuscripts, covers you upload, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant Bindly a limited license to process, print, and distribute your book as part of our services.
You may not publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, contains illegal, defamatory, or harmful material, promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
The publishing fee of €300 covers professional cover design, interior layout, ISBN registration, and 10 author copies. This fee is charged only after you approve your book design and is non-refundable once printing begins.
Authors earn tiered royalties on the retail price of each book sold: 25% for the first 100 sales, 30% for 101-500 sales, and 35% for 501+ sales. Bulk orders receive a 10% royalty rate. Earnings are available for withdrawal once they reach the minimum threshold.
Authors may launch pre-sale campaigns where readers fund the book's publication. If the campaign does not reach its funding goal within the specified period, all backers are automatically refunded.
Bindly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your books will be removed from sale, but you retain all rights to your content. Any outstanding royalties will be paid out according to the regular schedule.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
